its actually funny seeing adam in these because he looks fat! even though he's not but to what he looks like now he does. he's lost 20lb. he looks really good. you can almost see his 6 pack and you can see the muscles in his legs when he walks. he's really self-discilined which for me i'm not. i'm the same. at least i'm not gaining anything though.
oops thats suppose to be self-disciplined, i forgot the "p".
nikki- you are soooooo funny!!! looks like the kids had lots of fun. good friends are the best, especially when they have kids all the same age! we haven't found that yet.
